Step 2:

Fill out your emergency profile securely online: which includes emergency contacts and critical health information. You can also upload vital documents like insurance, photos, fingerprints, birth certificates, wills, deeds, and more.

Step 3:

In case of an emergency, you now have access to all your vital information anywhere and at anytime including the ability for a 1st responder to call our 24x7 crisis helpline to send out emergency alerts and gain access to your vital information.
